Raise your hand if your dealing with or have owned a house with an unrepairable roof leak? The roofing company is still trying to figure it out, but they are almost certain it’s the chimney.

We recently bought a house built in 1967 that seems to have had an 80s kitchen remodel. We are updating soon (new countertop/backsplash, painting cabinets) and plan on replacing the 80s appliances.

We plan to remodel the bathroom if our 1958 Atomic Ranch. The previous owner did a Pottery Barn style renovation in it about 15 years ago, so we will he starting from scratch.
