Felipe Hess Combines Modern and Modernism

This apartment located in the Jardins neighbourhood, São Paulo, is characterised by a very clean and well distributed plant. With a total area of 190m², the project was designed by the architect Felipe Hess.

The white floor, walls and ceiling are combined with custom-made wooden furniture, giving a feeling of lightness to the interiors. It’s interesting to note how the furniture themselves organise and divide the space, such as the huge wooden bookcase that separates the living room from the corridor connecting with the bedrooms. The black and grey touches and iconic mid-century pieces, complement the minimalistic decor.
