The Jules Brady Residence was designed in 1970 by renowned architects Killingsworth, Brady, & Associates: also known for designing two of the Case Study Houses.
As in CSH #25, the Brady Residence also features an astonishing 17′ high front door opening to an outdoor patio. The courtyard is an effective solution connecting indoor and outdoor without any privacy concerns.
Killingsworth’s renowned ability to master scale and proportion, is clearly visible in the Brady Residence.
