I’m looking for a plant for this corner of the room which doesn’t have a window, but gets some light from the atrium. Any recommendations?

We have decided to do a full kitchen remodel. Do we scrap these 1970’s Poggenpohl cabinets? Or somehow sell them to someone who can refinish them and use them? Some of the tracks on the drawers need repair but 90% of them are good. Thoughts?
