Kitchen remodel advice

We have decided to do a full kitchen remodel. Do we scrap these 1970’s Poggenpohl cabinets? Or somehow sell them to someone who can refinish them and use them? Some of the tracks on the drawers need repair but 90% of them are good. Thoughts?

Looking for flooring ideas

We’re about to renovate and are looking for flooring ideas that will complement and not overwhelm the stunning ceiling. We’re thinking a timber floor lighter in color than the existing tiles, but would love to hear and see any other suggestions.

Bonsai Tree Replacement

I moved to this mid century Japanese style house last year. The bonsai style tree under the pergola died before I moved in. What kind of tree would be a good replacement while keeping with the theme of the house? This is in lower Alabama.

Help on Removing Pillars

We just purchased this 1950’s home. There was an addition made and I guess the pillars are for support. Would love to remove them or at least some, since there are so many. Any ideas on where to start or how to make them look less bulky?

Looking for landscaping help

e bought our home in January 2021 and ready to do something in the front. I know nothing about plants or landscaping but I want low maintenance and minimalistic. Any suggestions on what to do and where? The house is east facing so it gets all the am sun.
